Synopsis

A selection of animals of the North American continent are shown in their environments and throughout the seasons: A is for armadillo, B is for bison and black bear... all the way to Z is for zebra longwing butterfly. A descriptive rhyming text supports the beautiful, realistic pictures. The animals are presented by a multi-racial group of children who represent the peoples of the continent.
